Amber Hanscomb
Certified Yoga Teacher - Vinyasa, Hatha, Pranayama
Amber has spent over 20 years of her life as a student of the spiritual teachings and physical practices of Yoga. All the while, with a vision in her heart to one day walk the humbling and rewarding path of a teacher. In 2023, a deep calling within led her to finally embark on this path and she completed her certification in Hatha, Vinyasa and Pranayama.
In both her own practice and as a teacher Amber resonates with the inward journey to soul that Pranayama (yogic breath) and Meditation guide us on. While in Asana (posture), resilience, strength and balance can be found. The foundation of all her classes is breath, inviting students to bring awareness within to the light, love and power she believes resides at the heart of us all.
Amber's personal journey with yoga has been an immense gift. She utilizes its practices to help manage multiple autoimmune diseases daily, empowering her to lead a strong, active, and healthy life. In addition to using the teachings of yoga for spiritual and physical well-being, Amber incorporates 15 years of exploration into the world of nutrition. Having completed multiple courses through The Wellness Forum Institute for Health Studies in the areas of plant-based nutrition, dietary supplementation, sports nutrition, meal planning, women's health, and autoimmune disease management.
